Children's Playground Rombach
What could be better for children than a playground by a stream? The beautifully designed wooden "Heidi playground" is an attraction in itself. The Rombach stream invites children to play by the water, stimulating creativity.
The Rombach children's playground is just a ten-minute walk from the village center of Amden. Despite its central location, the playground offers a quiet and idyllic setting - with plenty of play opportunities for the little ones.
Adventures with Heidi
The highlight of the Rombach playground is a wooden Heidi figure, a famous character from a classic Swiss children's novel. Here, at the playground it may be used as a merry-go-round.
There is also a long slide, a nest swing, a wooden climbing frame and other great play equipment, offering plenty of fun for the little ones. The wooden house, for example, is just waiting to be discovered: lovingly painting inside it is sure to inspire creativity for some role-playing games.
Playground with Barbecue Area
When the children are hungry from playing, the fireplace comes into play. Simply skewer the Servelat you have brought with you on a stick and hold it over the fire. Mmmm...! As well as enjoying the barbecue, the trees provide pleasant shade.
